About Me

Hi there! I'm Mindi, a Registered Psychotherapist, with a passion for integrative, mind-body healing.

Like others who have landed here, I too have experienced pain and difficulties throughout my life journey, and part of the reason I believe so fiercely in the power of therapy, is because I have experienced its healing first hand. This journey has not only shaped who I am, but I wholeheartedly believe it has also made me a more grounded and compassionate clinician.

My approach weaves together professional expertise, lived experience, and a heartfelt commitment to empowering others. I believe therapy isn’t just about surviving—it’s about thriving, growing, and reconnecting with your most authentic self.

I’m here not to fix you, but to walk alongside you—offering tools, practices, and presence—to help you access your own inner wisdom and move toward the life you’re meant to live.

My Values

Connection

I believe that genuine human connection is at the heart of meaningful healing. I aim to create a space that feels safe for you to show up exactly as you are, with authenticity and vulnerability, and leave feeling seen and understood.

Authenticity

I bring my whole self into the therapy room, allowing my personality, intuition, and lived experiences to be part of the process. This collaborative, relational approach serves to deepen understanding, reduce shame, and build trust.

Attunement

Attunement is the practice of deeply listening, sensing, and responding to not only your words, but also your body language, tone, pauses, and the emotions beneath the surface, and responsing with care, presence, and sensitivity.

Integrity

I practice what I preach. I have intentional self-care practices, take on a sustainable number of clients to provide quality care, and make time for life outside of work. My well-being is not separate from my work, but essential to its integrity.

Non-Pathologising

Conventional practices treat symptoms as pathologies. I see them as your body's way of trying to get your attention. These perceived weaknesses can actually give us messages about your deepest needs, wants and desires.

Growth

I believe we all have the capacity for change, healing, and transformation. With curiosity, courage, and support, challenges can become gateways to insight and self-discovery. Growth may not be linear, but it is always possible.

It takes courage to reach out for support

If you're feeling called to begin your journey with psychotherapy, please feel free to reach out for a complimentary 15 minute introductory call.

Finding a therapist who you feel connected and safe with is important, so let's get to know each other and discover if we might be a good fit.
