Terms of Service

Sessions are AUD$120 per 60mins. (Unless we have discussed and agreed upon another fee, prior to booking). Terms of Service: I have a strict 24 hour cancellation / rescheduling policy. If you cancel or reschedule a session with less than 24 hours notice or do not show or do not show up to a session, you are responsible for paying the full amount of AUD$120 (or the agreed upon rate of our sessions together). For any cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24-hours notice, no payment will be required. When you make an appointment, you are entering into an agreement of mutual respect, understanding, and integrity. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you can do so by contacting me via text (0490 255 160) or emailing info@mindiwillis.com. Alternatively, you can manage your own bookings online by creating your own client account at www.mindiwillis.com. Late Arrivals: If you are late for a session, we will begin the session when you arrive and the session will end as per the scheduled finish time (sessions cannot be extended past the finish time unless previously agreed upon).
