Integrative Psychotherapy Session with Mindi
Terms of Service
When you make an appointment, you are entering into an agreement of mutual respect, understanding, and integrity. Terms of Service: I have a firm 24 hour cancellation / rescheduling policy. If you cancel or reschedule a session with less than 24 hours notice or do not show or do not show up to a session, you are responsible for paying a fee equal to the the full agreed upon rate of the session. For any cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24-hours notice, no payment will be required. Late Arrivals: If you are late for a session, we will begin the session when you arrive and the session will end as per the scheduled finish time (sessions cannot be extended past the finish time unless previously agreed upon). If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you can do so by contacting me via text (0490 255 160) or emailing info@mindiwillis.com. Alternatively, you can manage your own bookings online by creating your own client account at www.mindiwillis.com.
